Amid ongoing speculation of a rift between the two families, Prince William and Kate Middleton also extended birthday greetings to Meghan.

They shared a photo of a smiling Meghan with their daughter Princess Charlotte and wrote on their Kensington Royal Instagram account: “Wishing a very happy birthday to the Duchess of Sussex today!”

Celebrating her birthday in Los Angeles with Prince Harry, Meghan’s special day also coincides with Queen Mother’s (Queen Elizabeth’s mother) birthday, who shares the same birth date of August 4.
