Ugly Kid Joe Bassist Arrested on Felony Charges for Allegedly Driving a Stolen Vehicle

It has been reported that Cordell Crockett, the bass player of the rock band Ugly Kid Joe, has been taken into police custody on felony charges.

On May 11, Cordell was apprehended while driving a stolen rental van, leading to his booking for felony possession of a stolen vehicle.

According to TMZ, officers from the Burbank Police Department conducted a traffic stop after discovering that the vehicle Cordell was driving had been reported stolen.

When questioned, Cordell claimed to have borrowed the van from a friend for the purpose of moving items to a storage facility. However, the authorities determined that the van was actually a rental from Home Depot, which had been reported stolen when it was not returned as scheduled.

The police stated that Cordell denied any knowledge of the van being stolen and insisted that he was not the individual who rented it.
