Interest in Man Utd outcast confirmed by Fabrizio Romano

Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer expert has revealed that two clubs are keen on signing Manchester United outcast Donny van de Beek in the forthcoming January transfer window.

Under the management of Erik ten Hag, Van de Beek has been excluded from Man United’s first-team plans and has only appeared twice for the Red Devils this season. Consequently, there have been rumors of his potential departure from the club.

According to Romano, Eintracht Frankfurt is leading the race to secure Van de Beek on loan from Manchester United, with talks progressing. Additionally, Girona has also expressed interest in acquiring the player on loan, albeit with different conditions. Romano indicated that a decision regarding Van de Beek’s future at Manchester United is imminent.

The 26-year-old midfielder joined Manchester United from Ajax for an initial fee of £34 million in 2020.
