Baba-Ahmed's Stance on Calling Tinubu a Drug Dealer
Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, a former federal lawmaker and vice-presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the last election, has made it clear that he will not stop referring to former Lagos State governor, President Bola Tinubu, as a drug dealer, despite showing respect towards him.
Datti Baba-Ahmed expressed his views during an interview on Arise TV, following his attendance at a world press conference in Abuja with Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the last election.
Although there have been reports linking Tinubu to drug-related activities in the past, the Supreme Court has declined to make any rulings on these matters.
“Respecting Tinubu doesn’t mean I won’t call him a drug dealer,” Datti Baba-Ahmed stated.
